Overview
Coritra is a partner commission management platform. It lets you define commission rules, define attribution schemas, and automatically calculate and settle what you owe to each partner, without spreadsheets or manual reconciliation.
It is built for companies running reseller programmes, referral programmes, or any partner structure where a third party earns money based on performance.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Everything starts with an attribution — an event you record in Coritra that represents something a partner did or caused (a deal closed, a user referred, a subscription renewed). From that single event, Coritra handles the rest automatically.
Attributions are validated against a schema you define, which describes what data each event must carry (for example, a deal value, a product type, or whether it is a renewal). Each attribution is linked to a partner and a workspace.
Once an attribution is recorded, the Commission Engine kicks in. It looks at all the commission formulas you have set up for that partner and schema, runs each formula’s expression against the attribution’s data, and produces a commission — the exact monetary amount owed to that partner for that event. If you later cancel an attribution or update a formula, the engine recomputes automatically.
Commissions accumulate over time. When you are ready to pay a partner, you create a settlement, picking exactly which commissions to include. This gives you full control over the timing and scope of each payout. The settlement then moves through an approval and invoicing lifecycle until payment is confirmed.
The result is a fully traceable chain from every raw event to every euro paid out.
